COST OF A KITTEN:
The cost of a pet kitten is 700.to 800.00... .If you pay up front for your kitten we charge 700.00 for a kitten. This savings can go towards the altering of the kitten. If you can not drive to pick up your kitten, we do ship if necessary to the closest airport to you. The cost for flying is from 175.00 to 230.00 for flight and then you
add for the carrier and health certificate which runs around 95.00 and its around 300.00 usually.
Kittens can leave for their new homes betweeen 12 -14 weeks of age, all depending on how they are growing and developing.I do like to alter the kittens before they leave. This runs about 115.00 for males and 131.00 for females .My vet takes credit cards for this procedure if you wish.. There are alot of great reasons why we spay and neuter and it is in the best interest of each kitten. I ask for a deposit of 200.00 to hold a kitten then 300.00 about half way thru around 6 weeks of age and balance about3 weeks before going to their new home..... Your kitten wont need anything until they are 1 year old and then just a follow booster vaccine and then vaccinate every three years...not everysingle year. We can talk more on this later

NATURAL REARING/FOOD
I am educating myself daily on natural rearing and holistic care. All my cats and kittens are fed raw food daily along with a grain-free dry food which contains 45 % protein. Right now we are using Orijen and they all completely love it.We also feed Wellness "grain free" canned cat food. We DO NOT feed Wellness Core dry food. Many cats have been found to have crystals in their urine form eating this dry food, so we dont suggest it..Orijen is the best dry food out there right now I beleive...We keep our cats on raw food mostly, they thrive on this food...I cant say enough about it...My cats get a raw diet that I make but sometimes when we go to a show or I have to have someone come in we feed the canned grain free....they also all love that. I cant tell you how nice it is to actually have all my cats liking 1 product like Orijen. For many many years owning shelter/domestic cats I always had many different brands in the cupboard as each one had a different flavor or texture they liked, so feeding just one food is so nice, and knowing there are no grains in their food is wonderful. Cats dont need grains they are carnivores, meat eaters and a high protein diet fed to cats will help to insure they live a nice long healthy life. Our kittens are raised on raw food I make and we start tem out at about 3-4 weeks on it... The raw diet meats I use has the ground bone in it and this makes their raw food as close to a natural diet of mice in the wild that we could offer them......we have such healthy and strong solid cats here with nice shiny coats and less in the litter box with no stinky smell...they truly thrive on this food!
I have a shelter cat here with Irritable Bowel Disease and once he started eating the cat food with NO grains he was off all medications, it was almost immediate!......If you have a kitty that has an ailment please email me and I will try to direct you on the right path of good food and herbs to possibly correct it... I am no specialist but do know of alot of people who have tried many foods and they have had great success...
I make my own raw diet here from http://www.catnutrition.org/ and get my grass fed meats thru Felicia who is our local distributor for http://www.omaspride.com/ ..her web site is http://www.bigskyrawfourpaws.com/. I can not say enough about her, we enjoy working with her each and every month, as she delivers the raw food right to our door....and even makes special trips if we run out!!! Please go to her web site for more additional information on raw and what all we can feed our babies...you may be surprised! We feed raw rabbit also that comes from Columbia River Raw....I dont remember the link right off but Felicia has it also..
I also give one day a week some fresh frozen mice from the "Mouse Factory" in Texas...as they cant wait for this extra yummy snack...and of course who doesnt like to play with their food first! We also feed them mackerel, sardines, ground salmon or tuna once a week. The meats we order from Felicia at Omas Pride are Yak, chicken, quail, ground salmon and rabbit, and also some organ meats....usually turkey hearts and liver. I also feed grass fed ground beef every now and then and some elf and buffalo....just to mix it up a bit....
Our cats and kittens health and well being is the MOST important to us. We treat all animals living under our roof with the best care we can give. They receive love and attention and kisses daily ..every single one of them...We are here 24/7 and I take much pride in how I raise and adore these beautiful Siberians. They all know they are loved and cherished here. They are not what I come home to at the end of my day ...THEY ARE MY DAY!
All kittens are raised in our house underfoot with our 3 springer spaniels.....and all the rest of the Sibs....and a few humans.......updated 7/4/10
PLEASE NOTE: I AM LOOKING FOR INDOOR HOMES ONLY! Many people
are concerned that since I let these cats outside they will not be happy inside. Kittens
dont go outside but a few times, for just exercise and play on a NICE WARM day
(spring/summer kttens). They dont spend a day out there or days out there....just used
as a exercse play pen if you will...The "CAT PARK" is mainly used for the adults for
exercise play and their mating....:)

We are looking for "GOOD, LOVING homes "only" for our kittens. Each kitten should
be supplied with cat scratching posts, toys, and fresh food and water daily. If the proper
scratching materials are supplied you will have no problems with clawing of furniture, I
frown on declawing. IF, at ANY time, you decide "NOT" to keep your cat/kitten we want
our cat/kitten returned. We do not want our kittens/cats going to a shelter or to another home without our knowledge of where they will be. I will welcome ALL my cats/ kittens with open arms back home with us to the first family that loved and cared for them unconditionally.
We will ALWAYS welcome our
cats/kittens back ... ALWAYS!!!!
